LOWER SILESIA: UNDERGROUND RIESE-Costs: 1100 PLN ZLOTY per person

 

Discover Lower Silesian underground by visiting gold mine and underground factories.

Underground factories, whole complexes inside the mountains and specific mines and camps are linked with nazi project called 'Riese'. All works were conducted on area of 200 km2 including 7 underground complexes which were suppose to be connected all together. Underground cavities were made by forced workes, prisoners of war and camp prisoners from the Gross-Rosen camp in Rogoźnica. Probably 30.000 of them died during all works (1943-45). Starting from gold mine and goldworks in Złoty Stok, where you'll row on underground water, we will show you all interesting underground projects in Lower Silesia.

We propose you visiting gold mine in Złoty Stok, underground factories in Walim (Rzeczka complex), underground city in Osówka, tunnels under Książ castle.

 

Tour can start and finish in Wroclaw

Duration: 3 days

Price includes:

  • door to door transfer - from Wroclaw
